PLEASE TURN ON THE CHRISTMAS EVENT GMs!!!!

According to http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi/news/detail/9711463-christmas-events, that Christmas event should had been turned on last Friday on the 18th, and we had just given notice of this on the news page today (4 days late), and it is still not turned on. Waited for a long time for it at the exact time(s) and coordinates, but nothing happened.
