Can't send

Hello

I have returned after a few years being away and a lot has changed so I am back to feeling all noob again *lol* Anyway... I get a message about sending a certain scroll to my old friends. Yet when I try to send them it keeps saying my quest log is to full. I deleted almost everything I had in there except for a cultivation quest and I think two other quests... then I tried again and it's still giving me the same quest log full message. Can anyone help me?

I believe you have to be level 80-100 for most of that.​​
