Support is Down?

When I click on Support (through the ARC platform and through the website without using ARC), I get the following :

An error occurred

Internal Server Error

All I wanted to do was submit a faction icon

I have not, mine is still saying internal error. Can a gm contact me or something. Cant even submit a ticket or buy zen

Dear Gm's and Community manager, kindly let me know if there is an issue with arc support. I have been trying to purchase zen whole day and I am only getting an internal error. It's really frustrating because I cant even submit a ticket to get my situation fixed. This is very important, please respond as soon as possible.

On a side note: I have no issues accessing the ticket system or charge. I'm going to assume there was an issue a few hours ago that has since been fixed.​​
