Can't begin elf cultivation quests.

So I have these two guides about how to unlock Aware of Principal.

Both say to start the quest with Miao the Taoist, but whenever I talk to her at the said location there is no quest available to start. I am level 20, and it says I can unlock it at level 19. Is there something I have to do to unlock it? I have done all the quests on the newbie area as well.


Oh and the only quest I did not do yet was the snow grindfox one, it was too strong for me at the moment, but I dunno if that one needed to be done or not.

Yeah, you'll need to complete the snowgrind fox mission. Get a friend to help you kill it if it's too difficult. You can totally kite it though, just takes forever.
That is like your "exit" quest for the beginner area, and completes the cultivation chain there.​​
