Im not getting any items from the login event

Well that. Im not getting any items. I started to login daily since 11/13 till today and im not receiving any items ._. Maybe is there a problem with my account or something else. Pleaser help.

If you are logging in completely new each day, then you should receive it. Submit a ticket.

If you are only logging out to the character screen, or are just staying logged in without logging out, then you will not qualify. (Logging out to character screen is a maybe.)​​

Cluck the "SUPPORT" link at the top of any Arc site or in the program. I also have the link in my signature on "PWE Support Tickets".

Pretty much just exactly like any other website would have.​​
