quest question

still new to arc and sorry i tried the quest place in the beginer guide and it wouldnt take me there, and im also lvl 54 and i have no side quest and only legend and coming to ages quest and those are the two bosses i have to solo and a friend of mine said i need to 49 to go to frostcoverd to get the mats for the quick sand maze since i have the svient scripts and my next cult is 59 and i feel lost to where idk where to go and what to do
