BUYING GOLD??

okay so i want to buy gold, and I have 4 characters. Do i have to buy each of them gold, or can i just buy a bunch and share the gold between them all? Also, if i go onto another server, will i still have the gold?

    You apply the zen to the account, and then to the game. Any character on that account in the game you send it to can use it.​​

    technically spoken, sylen si right , unless u got multiple characters across multiple servers. all chaarcters on the same account and same server share the gold... u do have to assign the gold to servers.

    Oh right, forgot about the server bit. It's been forever since I charged any, and they took the buying Zen guide away, or I would have just linked to it.​​

    so what happens if a server crashes? I only use Etherblade on all of my chars. what happens if Etherblade somehow is deleted? all of my gold is taken with it?

    If it's a matter of server deletion - yes, you loose all characters, items and gold with it. Gold is server restricted.
    But if the server is merged you don't lose anything. Your characters, items and gold are simply transfered to another server.

    PWI doesn't just delete servers - it merges them. So you don't need to worry unless the whole game is getting closed.

    And if server crashes the worst that can happen is a rollback - they have backup files so they can restore the server from a few days/hours ago. You may lose whatever you did between the backup and server crash but if you happened to buy gold(using real money) during that time you can send a ticket and you will get the gold back. Rollbacks don't happen often though so it shouldn't worry you.

    aaaand , support regarding zen is (in my humble experience) waaaay better than support regarding ingame issues :)))
