Winged elf feather ears??

Hi! Im not really sure this is the correct place for this.
Basically, I want to get the Bloodmist wings for my winged elf, but it would look weird if she had dark brown/black bat wings and huge white feathers jutting out of her head. Is there a way to hide the feathers?

dang, that sucks. Not even an .ini edit way? they look really tacky with every other wings, honestly.
