No rewards from Cross-Server NW?

Hi guys,
Before the cross-server NWs, I would just be mailed my tokens no hassle.
However for last week, i attended both NWs and still nothing in my mailbox. At the end of each NW I was told that I would receive x amount of tokens both times yet still no mail.

Am i doing something wrong or have i missed a quest?

    You have to wait on the NW server until you receive the reward there before going back to your server.​​

    More specifically, there is an NPC that looks like a tall lamppost inside Wargod Gulch. When you leave Nation War you are teleported right in front of it. That is the mailbox where your tokens go. If you exit the cross server before getting them, you can still go back inside for some time and claim them.
