New NW time suggestion.

So, a lot of us work during the 11am time on the west coast and we came up with a reasonable time frame.

Lets make it 5pm west coast because it is a Friday and even EU players stay up past midnight on Fridays. They can easily participate in NW still even when it is late.

For the Sunday time we can make it 11am or 12pm because less people work on Sundays and alternate times allows for everyone to participate. The fact that EU had doubled the numbers of every other nation forces whoever they focus to lose immediately.

Also, make this an east coast server not an EU. You realize more of your users live in the US and not the EU. The ping disadvantage and time disadvantage is ridiculous.
