Because if you are not R9+ its useless to enter... unless u want to die 1 hited by those stupid kids wasting their life and money on this game to have the most op gears.
This game is NOT Free2Play, It's Pay2Win... Lvling to 100 is useless because the end game PvP Event are useless if you are not R9+ and to "buy" R9 (not even last recast) you need to freaking put your $1000 on the table or you can already leave...

R9r3 rules in PVP since it was introduced.
There is a diference between Free2Play and Pay2Win.
F2P means you dont pay money to purchase or download the game and you dont pay a monthly fee so you can keep playing.
P2W means you have to pay either with money or time in order to get the best gear in the game and win in pvp. Either you learn and adapt to the game, either you go and play other games.
You can still play the game without having to win.

Well-geared G16 can keep up if you're good at skills and knowing how the classes fight.

It is why I'm R9*3 now though. And since I'm not spending money on the game, it's taking me a long time to even gear it up. I'm all +6 atm and still working on shards. Aside from getting killed by the occasional nuke or stealthed Sin, I can hold my own for the most part. Enough that it's still fun.
For me, what's really killing the game is the lack of support from PWE, their failure to even enforce their own rules, and the general decline of the community into a bunch of whining children about e-peen. I mostly don't log in lately just because I don't feel like dealing with the trash.0 -

Maybe you should tell your bosses your tired of editing ppls rage threads honestly they've made an angry player base these last few months i've never seen so much hate on the forums until the last 6 months clearly their player base is very unhappy

How the hell is PWE/PWI supposed to make everyone happy? There isn't anything they can do that will satisfy everyone. The forums represent a tiny fraction of the player base therefore hardly a significant representation of all and those screaming here for 6 months seem to be the same people in almost every thread anyway.
Besides How many ******** times does it have to be mentioned that PWI/PWE is merely a publisher and does not control any aspect of the way this game works. The Chinese owners do.0 -

i mostly was afk doing nothing cuz i saw that rewards are sill 78k and was waiting atleast 1 hour for NW to be over cuz i cant leave early because i cant get rewards then..
Got 47 tokens its... okay i guess but they need to increase the tokens badly. i need tokens but with this i dont enter NW again.
