Game crashes after i select server

Hi all. i checked previous threads about similar problems, but it was no use. I just cant get to play the game. It just cant get to even create char. by clicking server it crashes saying elementclient.exe has stoped working.
Any help is apreciated.

Start by reading my sticky thread titled "BEFORE YOU POST ~ Please Read This". Then come back with some information I can use if the tips there don't work. (Bottom of the first post in that thread tells you what I need at a minimum.)​​

Try running the game in "XP compatibility mode" in Windows 7 and above. Worked for me.
