Launcher.exe-Application Error

I am having a problem playing PWI, everytime i click on the play button a message pops up
saying "The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Is there a way to fix it?

You can do a forum search to find if it's been asked and answered previously. The last user to have this issue resolved it by simply removing and re-installing Arc.

If that doesn't work, I'm going to need more information. Start by reading my sticky thread.​​
