Currently a Sage Vit Barb and just got to 30K hp. Is there really any reason to go past 30k anymore?
I'm at shifting sky IV and my R9RR is not even sharded yet. I think it'd be better to go for more STR
for damage. What do you think?

I think it depends on what your goal is and what you like to do. PVE - probably more than 30k is overkill. PVP it depends what you enjoy more. I think the common approach for regular PK (at least from what I've seen) strength is preferred by many because you can actually kill targets instead of just tank them. For TW both stats have their use. A strength barb can be a formidable opponent, but the full vit cata barb is a rare and valuable team member.​​

For PvE you already got more hp than you are going to need. So just push stats into str as that will help you with aggro.
