Quest i never knew existed

Today i got a quest i never even knew it was a thing.. until now.

This quest. Was this quest there forever? how high is the chance for it to be there? i got it from jintao but i talked to that thing probably 50~ times by now and never noticed that quest. i also got it by accident because usually jintao only has one option for me and i just clicked away.

says right there "This quest can be taken once a day by chance." it has a small chance (<=10%) to appear when someone turns in the quest to jintao
its been there for ages, just rare (feels like 1%)

Yes thats why i asked how high the chance is. well i never saw it before so it must be pretty rare. oh well ​​

Yer I noticed this a while back when I was playing with the quests.

It has extremely low chances. I've gotten it 3 or 4 times since Morai was introduced.
Yes, it has always been there, but you really need a lot of luck to get it. ​​

Found Jintao several hundred times, never gotten that quest once.

I got the 10m-exp-quest after doing the "Where is Deity's Messenger-quest" exactly 10x (right after Morai release years ago).
That's why I thought at this time you get it every 10th time doing this quest.
Well.. after farming another 10 Emperor's Letters I didn't get it again.

And I stopped doing this quest because I figured out at same time that Celestial Skills which are farmable in Morai are not tradable (even not by account stash).

Imo the "Where is Jintao-quest" is not worth to do just for a half Holy Pill every day, even if you know where the Deity Messenger is (he got renamed to Jintao).

Celestial skills from Morai orders are account stashable, I've farmed skills for all my alts this way.​​

It's very low chance, i used to do morai with 5 toons everyday for months, got it like 3-4 times only.
