PWI Managed to mess up Faction Logo ?

Apparently after Yesterday Maintenance, Logo's are back, but messed up.. they have a white background.. i am pretty sure i have sent my faction leader my logo transparent the way PWI demands it BMP with an Alpha-channel .
and some how i have yet to see any of Raging Tide faction in Tideswell does not have a background Logo
also spoke to other faction leaders and confirmed that it was PWI's fault.

Still waiting for any kind of an answer. I included it in my list of items needing attention, that I sent to Domino when he became our CM.​​
