Game screen is flashing really badly

Does anyone know why my game screen is flashing really bad? I have played it before on this same pc and it never did that b4 Arc, I have not played since it switched over, is there a glitch or fix that I need to know about , please help , i have put a lot of time and money into this game and I would like to be able to play it , thanks , Tanadri

Read the Windows 10 Sticky.

If that doesn't work, read the sticky titled "Before You Post ~ Please Read This".

It really helps to read the sticky threads before posting. Most likely you could have saved yourself a LOT of time.​​
