Can't get new Daily "This War o' Mine" In Primal

Etherblade RAx2 101 Astral Sky 8 veno and I haven't been able to grab the new daily the past 2 days. The last daily I done was when you was turned into a sea monster to dig at wave point or what ever and now it don't show on my map where it use to show like 99% 1% in primal or in find new quest for This War o' Mine. This is my only main.

Pretty sure you need to be Astral Sky 10 or Shifting Sky 1 to get it.

I am experiencing same thing I got the new quest first day and now cannot get it.

My Sky level is V11

You don't have link to the first NPC like the first time. You must be in story mode, and you have a daily for it.

I don't seem to be able to get this either. I've done it once.. went and talked to light Emperor Alexander out on the island and completed it. However I've not been able to get it a second time. Is it on a separate timer that doesn't reset at midnight? Shifting Sky 9 currently.

quest is at commander Feng at Mights Outpost in story mode

quest at light Emperor was a once only quest start point is at Feng unless you had unfinished run from previous day which case you can pick up where you left off​​
