Two pictures from China (June 14th), around when Pirate King was released there.

    Just like our version.
The coins drops are probably from the adds he spawns which do drop coins but he has no real drops.

You have to keep the boss at the bottom of the water. If the person that has aggro swimm to surface and the boss follows him the boss will reset but not before he summons a bunch of mobs and a dozen of whirlpools.
Today on Etherblade server someone reset the boss 2 times. Both times when he was at 80+ mil hp.

Actually, today, the boss was at the surface of the water while the person that was holding aggro was flying out of the water.

Luckily it didn't reset... but who knows, its still a possibility.

Yesterday (or day before) we did him with him up at the surface of the water as well. He moved to the side a bit once. Didn't have any issues. You can take a lot less damage being below him.

Edit: It's just like the Mantis boss (whatever they call him now), as long as you don't go too high above, you can hold him there all day.

Must be a shifting sky quest..damn you guys have a lot of time on your hands!

so? what's that supposed to mean? Anyone who has reached shifting sky must be a no-life gamer because you aren't leveled enough to get the quest?

I put in just a couple hours a day. And not at one time. It's that or waste my life watching TV.

    Ok lets see.
Today I reached Shifting SkyV. I need 55000( or something like that but not higher) vitae to reach shifting sky VI. Doing all Shifting Sky V quests I already got 11000 vitae. Doing all daily quests in primal it gives 4500 vitae per day. So I will need 10 days to reach Shifting Sky VI. And it takes me 30-40 minutes to do all dailies primal quests. On 3 of them I use active points when I get the chance.
Now as you can see I dont need alot of time on my hand.
