Account banned for no reason.

Hello, fellow gamers.

I recently came back to the game(for the hell of me) and discovered that there's this major update in PWI, and I've got my account banned for no reason when I tried to log in to my main character(which I spent quite a bit of money on). It's been a long while since I logged into the game, so I have no idea which email address is used to register my main. It would be very helpful to know, besides sending in a ticket(which I already did), how do people like me who are also experiencing this terrible issue get it solved?

They submit a ticket, it's the only thing you can do. Gonna close this now as bans aren't to be discussed on the forums.​​
