    well a full +12 AA char with no war avatar set is a bit over 19 k hp base (meriden maxed, gbh, WoA) with no vit added..so with a card set, new passives (and maybe vit shards or a hp mod on star chart) could get close to 25k standing (more with vit shards or hp shards, but assume josd/deity)

    What the.... idk I made that statement having multiple +12 AA classes , not sure what the difference is between mines and your calculated one (one is at 19.2 k w/o passive buff full +12, the other is at 19.4k w/ lv 1 passive but missing 3 +12 items), I'll post agian once I'm looking at my characters in a to try to find the difference.

    6 g 10 and 2 g 8 hp shards on 19.2, none on the 19.4, did the char you posted have maxed meridian? And what about neuma levels? Those two would add about 1.6k base hp .

    Is it already known how much penetration is the cap, and how much is the estimated cost to reach that penetration cap ?

    It's the cards then, one of my chars gets 1k hp between longevity and durability cards along with 60 more vit than your wiz (just random cards for the most part). My other char gets 1860 more hp from those 2 slots along with 20 more vit than your wiz (this one is candelflame).

    If 2500 is the cap, then using Asterelle's equation, that'd reduce 20% direct resistance value in char stats.

    Is that 2500 the one that can only be achieved in 300+ years or by spending 409,000 euros ? If it is, nothing to worry about then, even half or a quarter of that still cost 204,500 euros / 102,250 euros. I don't think anyone would spend that much for such thing or cmiiw.

    yes, but that 20% is not flat damage reduction is % of total resistance value f.e. 40k - 8k = 32k -> after penetration

    Yeah, charging 409,000 euros to maximize Star Chart is too much.

    We can have like 10 random stats in Star Chart, right ? Can we have more penetration stats and reach more than 2500 at max ?

    yes 10 stats which can also be anything bout penetrations,
    and no we cannot have more than 2500 pen, and so far there is no modification to this cap on PWCH so that's pretty much it​​
