Arc Defender. Pin .You know things PW creates but never works properly.

I have tried to log on the forums with my other acount.
So I have signed out from this acount and did all the steps to log in on the other acount.
I typed the email adress
I typed the password.
I clicked sign in.
And the Arc Defender pop out saying they send me a pin to my email adress.Cause you know they have to verify its me and all the bla bla bla.The email adress used to create my acount I assumed so I checked that email adress but 0 pins send.
I refresh the page but still no pin. I went back to arc page and click submit the pin . It tells me in red letters that a new pin was send to my email adress but when I verified it wasnt sent.
I also verified my other email acounts and those didnt had any pin sent to them.
So how can I log on forums with my second acount if the pin they say they are sending to me actually they dont send?​​

Did you check the spam folder?

Did you try the website?

Are you absolutely certain that's the right email for that account?

If all of those fail, you'll need to send in a ticket.
