Hi, does anyone know if the wanted order quest is glitched or something? The quest says to capture the roving bandit with the shackle but everytime i use the shackle it would not capture him..

    Did you have the quest stacked from a previous day? I think that particular one can only be done once per day.

    I can confirm that the quest works properly. I don't know what would cause a glitch like that :(
