are all these stores still carrying Prepaid cards? and if so, why cant i find one at either of my local 7-Eleven's?

Missed seeing the post. Yes, those stores still carry. Not all stores will carry them though. It's at the discretion of the store owner.​​

i've been having trouble finding them at local stores that used to carry them, too. Bigger chains that have a stockpile seem to be a better bet (Like BestBuy) not sure if we are seeing a shortage due to new artwork (I've seen online they have an all-purpose "ARC" card now, maybe they are transitioning to that?) or what... but possible that some of regular stores aren't carrying them in addition to some stores choosing not to, ever.
