Evolved pet skills

I could not find where to post this in the technical support forum so i am posting it here. Several of the pet evolution skills do not work as it states in thier description.....The skill that i would like to mention is for the pet skill personality serene. The skill overload shares the same debuff icon as slow attack rate and slow channeling. This is problematic because it doesnt increase the c/d of skills like it states in the skill description for overload. I've tested it in several duels and in pvp.​​
