Hello, i got this strange bug, over this "Welcome back to Perfect World! Please accept this gift to help you get back to your adventures!
Make sure you have empty quest and inventory slots to receive your gift!
my inventory is empty and quest log is 3/20... any ideas how to remove this banner?

    Only way I know how is to go back to character screen and relog. The rewards are only obtainable at certain levels, and if you aren't in that level range, they give you the unclickable banner. They really need to fix this nonsense.

    I tried this and the Welcome Back banner was gone. I don't know if it will come back if I hit a certain level but at least it's not taking up space like it was.

    You get the message if you're inactive on a character for a certain amount of time, so yes, it will come back if you are inactive again. If you are in the right level range (90+ but not rebirth? I'm not sure, but I'm sure there's a nice thread that answers that), you'll be able to claim the rewards.

    Relog is the best temporary fix to get rid of the message, and I don't know of any permanent ones.

    i got the retruning warrior gifts on toons that were RA and lower than lvl 90 non-ra so as fas as i know there is no lvl limit for those gifts

    due to mishaps in my past few years in game, I do NOT accept random invites (faction/squad/friend no randoms period) NOR will I give buffs (cleric/barb/sin/exp if i have it) to random people because they ask. If I DO give buffs to a random person, it's because of a random whim (much like the red detonator button sitting at my desk that i will one day push at a random whim)
    Also do NOT look at my gear and then proceed to pm me asking to buy my gear or for a loan of coin. It's just plain rude.
    I have too many toons to name, but if you play on Etherblade server and you come across a toon that acts this way, or if the world is suddenly destroyed, it was probably me.
