cold reaper quest

Hi evryone I haven't played Pwi for a long time and now I'm confused
there is this cold reaper legend quest lvl18/19, and I don't know where to get ge it, what npc do I have to talk with to colect quest. when I click in the auto path, it takes me to the teleporters and there says that I have to talk to Elder, but i cant find any Elder with quest...
please somene explain me how to get this quest ... thank you and sorry for the stupid question

You have to leave the starting area. After you have completed all of the required quests (which you should have done by now, or at least be close) one of the npcs in the town with the entrance to Lightsail Cave (sorry, can't remember the town's name) will get a green quest banner and allow you to go to the normal map (oddly enough, the teleport master isn't the NPC). After you make it to the normal map, autotrack will function properly.

I agree it's pretty silly that it's taking you to the teleport master now though.
