New "daily quests"

2 new daily quests have appeared in players quest logs.

Inner Hate with the quest dispatcher: Auntie Guu in Dreaming Stronghold. She is not there.

House of Resentment with quest dispatcher: miss. I looked it up and well http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/29979
Says it is Hidden Dragon Den. Also says it gives a free 12 star orb and other goodies here http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/43427

Can we just get a confirmation that these are bugs as I know that there is no way we would be given a 12 star orb as a daily reward from the game.

New update apparently the NPC for Inner Hate appeared after a certain time, and it leads into the second quest. This can be shut down.

Normally when these kinds of daily events happen, the NPCs don't spawn right away; they normally spawn later into the day and has been true in a lot of cases such as that lemur event we get each year, or some of the seasonal daily quests we have gotten in the past.
