New Daily: House of Resentment

And there is another new daily, calling House Of Resentment, were the correlating NPC is missing too...
Any ideas?

    I have someone asking me how they do this quest...I myself haven't heard about it till today so I have no clue.

    Did some searching. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/29979 says it is in hidden dragon den a removed instance. Also the reward GIVES a 12 star orb. I bet this is a bug and we dont get this daily. Pretty sure they removed the instance cuz they got in some kinda legal trouble over the instance.

    its prob only for a few days until maint..but i don't believe its a perma thing. The npc is aquired by doing the other daily in dreaming stronghold, that one ports you in. there is then a mob with 45hp you got to kill. you do 1 damage
