Starseeker Powder - How is this item obtainable

Hello,

I don't know if I am in the right category for this question, but with the new patch and quests, we received Starseeker Powder x5. I have run out of these and want to know how can these be obtained, as I have ruined my starchart by moving my stars around and now have lost my Fatestar.

    Ofc it will be in boutique, just like all the rest you need to get over the limit of the free items. It's all in the game.

    At this point in time I don't think there is a way. I don't get any from Primal dailies nor from doing Judgement Mode fsp.

    PWI said on the livestream that Starseeker Powder may drop when opening Starglade Chests. But for me it never dropped. I guess we need a higher Astral Energy level.
