Numerous bug reports a day

The game has been running fine all the way up to the merging of the servers. Since the merge I have been getting numerous bug reports one after another. The bug reports happen at random times during game play. I could log into game at north archosaur and by the time I fly from where I log in at to the Bounty Hunter I get a bug report. To where I can spend up to like 4 hours doing dailies.
  • I sent in a ticket explaining my problem and asked me to do the following:
From the Arc client, click the 'Play' button for PWI
On the PWI launcher, click the 'Graphics' button
Check 'Windowed' and choose the lowest available Resolution
Uncheck the rest of the options (Shadows, Sharpen, V-Sync, etc)
Set all the sliders to L (Lowest)
    Click 'Confirm'
    Click 'Start'
  • I put my pwi folder in an exclusion list and verified my client 3 times consecutively.
  • I reinstalled the game.
  • I updated all my drivers
All those things did not work.

Speccy
dxdiag

let me know if I need to add anything else

With Norton 360, be certain to exclude elementclient.exe, patcher.exe and launcher.exe for the firewall as well. Otherwise you'll get intermittent 30k pings while Norton interferes.

Update your Java. You're on version 1.7.0_45/51 still, and the newest is version 1.8.0_60. Remember to run first the 32-bit installer and then the 64-bit installer.

If you're not using the 3d features of the video card, perform a Clean Install of the latest drivers and un-tick the two 3D options under advanced settings. It's just wasting resources, and the game doesn't work well with it anyway. (long testing with it gives really bad headaches.)

You're running PunkBuster, which though it is a valid anti-cheat program, it will cause problems with the client. Kill the process before running the game. If you don't absolutely have to have it for one of your current games, remove it completely. It's got serious compatibility issues. (May not function at all on Win10, if 10 even allows it to install in the first place.)

YahooAUService.exe, which is part of the Yahoo Updater, is a telltale sign that you have adware on your PC. Un-install any Yahoo software or web browser plugins. It's just AT&T's way of hijacking your system and spamming you with adds and tracking cookies. (Not really related to your issue, just a solid tip.)

Also, with Norton, you may have to completely disable the software for installing/verifying game files. Of all the AV software out there, Norton is the least friendly for gaming.

I updated Java to 1.8.0_60 and have done the other fixes. The problem still occurs. Also note that when I am duel clienting the 1st client is always the one that gets the bug reports, 2nd client rarely gets the bug report.
