Account Stash Missing

While I see people are having issues with the Double Spaced Account Stash, I wanted to know if there are people with a whole missing account stash in general? Right now I know that I'm the only one with this problem. I had thought that I done an account stash stone a few years back, and I was right as the quest for the account stash stone is not available. Yet, the only thing I can see in putting into the account stash is coins.

I'm going to submit a ticket on this issue, but was curious if anyone else was missing their account stash entirely.
