First part is easy - just join in on a BH Delta W2 (BH2 if Warsong is BH1) and ask to be given lead at the end. Then return to the start, go into the blue portal left of Harpy, and follow the valley to the cinnabar ore. Exit the instance once you have it. Gods Tea can be purchased from cats, farmed in AEU, or made with lvl 5 apothecary - you need some grade 4 and grade 5 herbs.

Once you're at the stage where you need to kill the 3 bosses and celeslord afterward, you need to look for a "Full Delta for Culti" party. This party must consist of exactly 6 players. Be aware, even doing delta at spawn will take at least close to 2 hours to finish (because mobs spawn in waves at a fixed interval, most the time is spent waiting), so be sure you have the time for this. You MUST be alive when each of the final 3 bosses is killed, so if you're squishy, be sure to have immunities ready.

Meteora runs full Delta for 100 culti's every Sunday. Poke me with your availability and I'll see if we can squeeze you in. Yeah, it takes close to two hours. We've got it down to about 1:45 atm for the waves/bosses, 2 hours with the rest of the running around.​​
