Hai there. I'm level 34 Mystic and I have no idea how to get wings o.o.. (also new). I had them once, but for a limited time (my friend got them for me so I have no idea what quest she took..). I don't have the quests for them either..

    If you look at available quests you should have a quest called maidens summon. It will take you to some platform up in the air inside celestial vale, the start area. If you have no such quest available you can get a male character to carry you up to the platform (if you're female)
