Where do I find the corrupted commander from the quest string an unexpected threat/green sign?

    The Corrupted Commander will spawn when you take the quest to kill him, he's right next to the NPC. If you can't find him trash the quest then re-take it.

    It says so on the quest description btw, so you probably didn't read the quest ;)
    ... forget your fears. And want no more...
