So any plans on fixing your support any time sone? Keep getting An error occurred Internal Server Error.

That error is form a fault in your connection to the server.
To repair it, reset your modem/router and flush your DNS.0 -

Then you will need to keep trying. In some cases, I've had to flush my TCP/IP stack, but you don't want to be doing that on a regular basis.0

Since I cant make a new discussion thread yet, *being a new member* and this said support so I thought this would be a great place to ask. When I started up my game the first time, I had this blinky screen, literally just blinking and flashing all over the place. I got to character creation and still no change. Blinking even faster, in fact. I couldn't read the character descriptions at all so I was unable to continue. Is there a way to fix this?0

This is windows 10 issue. To fix it you want to play in windowed mode.0 -

if its not windows 01 youre using it can be a graphics card issue, pw is ...horribly made, its cpu not gpu intensive and often doesnt activate higher gpu processing(which it still uses for displaying stuffs..), if on a laptop force a gaming/high performance battery mode, or enter your gpu's control panel and set to gaming0
