Bladed Fervour - is it nerfed?

in Seeker
I started a new seeker.

When I cast Bladed Fervour I'm getting the Crit increase but not attack or defense levels. Has it been nerfed?

    It depends on your skills lvl. Lvl 10 gives 3 attack lvls, 1 deffense lvl and 1% crit, that being said, I don't know if the skill it self has been nerfed or not in recent patches, but it is a possiblity.

    The attack and defense level bonuses are added as a temporary buff to your weapon. Check if they are applied on it. If you use a Rune, the Fervor buff gets overwritten.

    The attack and defense level bit appeared after I took it up to level 3
