Missing Characters in Arc Redeem?

Am I the only one this is affecting? I went to use the new code for profundity scrolls that I got in my email, but when I choose the Etherblade server only my veno, barb, and a low alt I'd had on Archosaur are in the list. I want to send the scrolls to my psy so this is aggravating.

Did they break this or is it just me?​​

    Try using the web page instead of Arc.

    I had one missing in Arc, but it showed on the site.
    Otherwise, you'll probably need to send in a ticket and pray.​​

    The website is what I was using. I don't bother with Arc.

    However, I just tried Arc to make sure it was the same and my characters are missing there also.

    I'm missing 4 toons, including my stormbringer, psy, mystic, and I think another cleric. All of those characters were from Archo server. I can't redeem codes for them via arc or the link sylen gave :c
