Main account banned after years of inactivity

Okay so my main account has been banned. I haven't logged onto this account in years due to quitting the game. I put soooo much real life money and time into this account. The username was -snip- and I had a venomancer level 75 named SFCredhead.... It says last time it was online was 2013. I honestly have no idea why I'm banned and I would love to be able to get my account back. I did submit a customer support ticket, but haven't received a response yet. Just wanting to get back into the game asap. Hopefully somebody can provide me some advice or help.​​

    You'll need to submit a ticket for assistance on that one. (link in my sig)

    If you are unable to log into Arc due to the account being suspended, or have any issues with the ticketing page, you may also submit a ticket by emailing customerservice@perfectworld.com​​

    As Sylen said, you'll have to work with the ticket staff to figure that out.

    Unfortunately, bans and circumstances relating to them cannot be discussed on the forums. Which means this topic will get closed.    ​​
