Instead of paying 10m to have someone remake your logo, take a few minutes and do it yourself:

    I tried to do that just now but it won't let me enter Server, Character or Guild name... anyone else having this problem?

    This was a known issue back in the day, the simple fix was to switch leaders for a little bit then switch back.
    I came across the same issue and did exactly that which fixed it.
