Daily Harbinger quest no longer available for RB2 after maintenance?

After the most recent maintenance, the daily Spring Harbinger quest is no longer available to my lvl 77 RB2 toon, but still available to my lvl 92 RB1 and a non-RB lvl 89.

Waited until the second day after maintenance to see if it was a fluke and would come back, but nope, it's still not listed in the Find Quest tab and when I go to Spring Harbinger there is no quest available. Yes, I double-checked, and he does not have an old Harbinger quest to finish/turn-in.

This happen to anyone else? Is there a fix? Thanks.

    D'oh! Thank you, I forgot that! The RB toons lvl so quickly, it felt like I did it the day before and then it was gone, which would have been impossible. All blends together.
