Celestial Balance - Ancient Flame Eye

I finally beat the boss that looks like a version of the fox pokemon with the multiple tails, and now my quest says I have to find the ancient flame eye in which I cannot find anywhere at all. Any ideas on where it is, because I tried looking it up and nothing came up anywhere. Thanks in advance :)

    The same instance where the fox is, in the start of it there should pillar for you to dig. ​​

    If you're talking about the Seal Stone, then no I cannot dig anywhere near it, and on my way to there, I went to all of the pillars and walked around and nothing was letting me dig around the area.
