Trading bug ?

I had 102 War Avatar Pack C, I saw a catshop and sold all for 185k/unit So the screen said id get 18,370,000 coins.
I complete the transaction and no coins in my inventory, avatar packs are gone aswell and all i received was 10 mil big note?
WTF happened?

Submitted a ticket but I suspect I got a reply from non-human source, cause there was no single word regarding what i wrote.
So any guesses to what happened ?

Are you sure you didn't get the 8,37m paid in coins? If you are then I guess the only thing you can do is send another ticket =(​​

Anything above 10m+ usually gets converted to notes when dealing with shops. Just sell the notes to a merchant to turn into coin.

Im sure I didnt get the rest 8.3 mil, otherwise it wouldnt be such a problem.

Also thanks for the info about 10 mil notes, ill try to make more transactions for smaller ammounts next time.
Probably I received 1 note cause there isnt enough coinst for 2. And since everything is rounded down, this is the result.
I guess im screwed then. I bet PWI staff wouldnt even look into this bug. They just replied that ive already sent a ticket 1 time about this. And I dont think im going to receive an answer to my e-mail reply from the first time they contacted me.

This is what i wrote:
Five minutes ago I sold 102 war avatar pack C to a player named *********
He is buying avatar packs C with a cat shop for 185,000 coins per piece.
Instead of 18,370,000 coins ive got 1 ten million big note.
It clearly said 18,370,000 coins when I sold the pack C.
What happened? Why was I screwed this way?
