Blessing code help

I have have been trying to use code 75HtYCE6 for blessing, code is correct and working however when I choose server and charater I get following message. I tried it several times over last 4 hours.

"Item could not be sent at this time, please try again later. if you continue to have problems, please contact custommer support"
