Ini making from IRL pics.

I was wondering if someone out there who enjoys making inis, could make one for me from an irl pic.. only way i could really pay someone is with ingame money in Raging Tides server, other servers/other ways of paying are not really possible for me. please hit me up if youre willing to give it a try :D
something you may want to know about the ini: it will be a tideborn ini(white skin of course).

    Getting white skin on Tideborn is at the moment not possible even with ini editing (unless they add a new skin texture to the class) unless you mean white as in race, and therefor a peach/tan color.
