2 versions of Warsong belt???

Hello,

I was wondering if I decompose the nontradable warsong belt into wasong souls and then use those mats to combine with the tradable belt, will the aftermath be bound or not?

    G15/G16 warsong belts are all untradeable even if you upgrade a tradeable g14 belt, it will still become untradable.
