Missing NPCs!

Doing dailies on my alt and 2 new dailies appeared in the quest log. Awesome? Not really beacause the NPCs are no where to be found.

"Tricky Fight" -- Auntie Guu (quest dispatcher)
"Blessings of Summer" -- Blessing Envoy (quest dispatcher)

Now there might be posts about this, I did search it and found nothing but i could have missed something. I am not sure if the GMs are aware of this or they are and we didn't know it.

    For blessings of summer i want to be able to turn in my quests to Lee Chichi.. anyone know where the npc is?
