Problem quest " on the skin" (mc2 leather)

I created all the materials and it does not keep me going quest. l have Gilet of the manticore incursion ( x2) , Manticore assault coat (x1) , Gilet of the manticore incursion +1 (x1). I'm abandoning the quest and picking it up again quest ,but continues to be blocked,l tried and tried agIn more than 10+ times but l could not solve the problem. Help me thanks
