Problema con il launcher

Allora, sia che faccia partire il client da Arc o normalmente, mi esce il seguente errore:

There was an error loading the login page. Please restart the launcher and try again.

Error -2 when loading url /launcher_login

Indipendentemente da cosa faccio, continua ad uscirmi.

Idee su come sistemare questo problema?
