Dungeon Queue Bug - click accept - gets declined

I regularly have a bug, when i q for a dng and the "accept / decline" window pops out i click accept. like 1 of 3 times game takes it as decline - removing me from dungeon queue and aswell from premade queue grp i was in before. This bug makes it impossible for me to join Dng grps in chat cause people have to reinivite me and queue again and again and get pissed quite fast cause they think "i m too slow or missclick". I tried contact support which was like "we wont help u at all but maybe its fixed within one of next patches" #worst support i ever got in any game. If anyone can help / has similar problems that would be great.
